1. Nature of the Game

Tandava — Path of the Cosmic Warrior is a work of interactive fiction and artistic expression inspired by Hindu mythology, specifically the stories of Lord Shiva as recounted in the Puranas and classical literature. It is not a religious text, a doctrinal statement, or an authoritative representation of any faith or tradition.

2. Cultural Respect

The creators of Tandava approach the source material with deep respect and admiration. Shiva, the Trishul, the Damaru, the Nataraja form, and all associated symbols are sacred to hundreds of millions of people. Any portrayal in gameplay is intended as homage, not mockery or appropriation. We welcome feedback from the community.

3. No Warranties

This game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data persistence, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk.

4. Age Rating

Tandava contains stylised combat, mythological violence, and intense visual effects. Recommended for players aged 12 and over. Not suitable for those with photosensitive epilepsy without medical advice — the game contains flashing lights and rapid colour changes.

5. Analytics & Privacy

Tandava uses Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to collect anonymised usage data (page views, session recordings, click maps). No personally identifiable information is collected without your consent. No account or login is required to play.

Optional in-game purchases (coming soon) are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card data.
