Green Yoga Inc. (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates tandava.cc (the “Service”). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable law.

1. Data We Collect

Automatically collected — When you visit Tandava, we collect standard server and analytics data: IP address (anonymised), browser type, device type, pages visited, session duration, and interaction events (clicks, scroll depth). This is collected via Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics.

No account required — Playing the game requires no registration. We do not collect your name or email address unless you contact us directly.

Purchases (coming soon) — Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Local storage — Your game progress (stages completed, high scores) is stored locally in your browser. It never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

2. Legal Basis (GDPR)

Legitimate interest — Analytics and session recordings to improve gameplay experience.
Consent — Any optional marketing communications (you can withdraw at any time).
Contract — Payment processing for cosmetic purchases.

3. Third-Party Services

Microsoft Clarity — Session recordings and heatmaps. Privacy statement.

Google Analytics 4 — Anonymised traffic analytics. IP anonymisation enabled. Privacy policy.

Stripe — Payment processing (when purchases launch). Privacy policy.

AWS CloudFront — Content delivery. CDN access logs retained for 30 days.

4. Data Retention

Analytics data is retained for 14 months. CDN logs are retained for 30 days. Email correspondence is retained for up to 3 years.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to:

6. Cookies

We use cookies solely for analytics (Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics). No advertising cookies are used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the game will continue to work.

Tandava is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
